User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. In this Agreement, the following terms and definitions apply:
- Website https://galaxylink.gg/ - a collection of automated information systems of the Administrator.
- User - an individual who is granted access to the Website.
- Cookies - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer.
- IP address - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.
1.2. Other terms may be used in this Agreement, the interpretation of which is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and business practices on the Internet.
1.3. Use of the Website by the User includes:
- Viewing information;
- Sending notifications and messages to the Administrator;
- Entering into transactions with the Administrator;
- Other use of the Website functionality.

2. Status of the Agreement

2.1. The Agreement is a legally binding document between the User and the Administrator.
2.2. The User is required to review the Agreement before using the Website. Use of the Website constitutes full acceptance of the terms.

3. Use of the Website by the User

3.1. The User is obligated to provide accurate information, including an up-to-date email and Steam link/login.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the provided data.
3.3. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3.4. The User is prohibited from:
- Commercially using website materials without permission;
- Copying design elements;
- Distributing third-party data without consent;
- Posing a threat to the Website or other Users.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Administrator

4.1. The Administrator shall:
- Provide access to the Website;
- Maintain data confidentiality;
- Protect personal data.
4.2. The Administrator has the right to:
- Block the User's access in case of violations;
- Collect statistical data, including IP and cookies.
4.3. The User consents to receiving notifications and marketing messages.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The User is responsible for:
- Accuracy of the email address;
- Accuracy of the Steam profile.
5.2. The Administrator shall not be liable for:
- Actions of third parties;
- Data loss due to failures;
- Security of the User's password.
5.3. Both parties shall be released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. The Agreement enters into force upon its acceptance by the User and is of indefinite duration.
6.2. The User confirms their consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of dispute resolution and identity verification.
6.3. The Administrator takes all measures to protect personal data. Disclosure is possible only as required by law.
