Defunct is an indie adventure game with a focus on flow, speed and an engaging world. You are a broken robot that accidentally falls out of a giant cargo ship onto a post-human Earth, now inhabited by robots. You have to get back to your ship before it’s too late!

Defunct is for people who like going fast and don't mind messing up a few runs. You play as a broken robot who lands on a Earth long run by machines and tries to get back to his ship. The mood is light, but the thrill keeps pulling you back, especially when you finally nail a perfect downhill rhythm. What you'll like: - Early on, your time goes to learning the Gravitize engine: downhill speeds you up, uphill slows you down, so you have to plan your route ahead. - Boosters like Enerjuice are scattered across the world, and every level begs to be replayed cleaner and faster. - Story play gives you 11 levels across different climates and biomes, and Time Trial adds 5 extra levels for chasing the best times. - Skins and hidden tricks unlock as you go, so there's always a reason to come back. You can buy the Defunct key right here: after payment it appears on your order page, and you activate it on Steam in the Global region. Defunct is an indie adventure game with a focus on flow, speed and an engaging world. You are a broken robot that accidentally falls out of a giant cargo ship onto a post-human Earth, now inhabited by robots. You have to get back to your ship before it’s too late! You are equipped with a Gravitize engine. It is used to create a separate gravity around yourself; this is the main source of your speed. Use this in downhills to accelerate. But be careful, using it uphill will slow you down. In addition to this the world is full of different speed boosts such as Enerjuice, which you can pick up and use to go faster. These tools enable you to drive through the world, meet strange robots, fly through junkyards and boost your way back to your ship. Features - High speed gameplay with unique ‘gravitation’ engine. - Traverse 11 varied levels full of different climates, biomes and challenges. - Unlock skins for the main character. - School everyone with special (unlockable) tricks. - Compete for the best completion times in time trial mode (which features 5 extra levels).
