Les Misérables: Cosette's Fate

This one suits players who enjoy slowly exploring scenes and hunting for hidden objects. The mood is warm and a bit melancholy: you guide Cosette away from the Thénardiers' inn and their constant control. The story follows Hugo's novel, but the key moments come through the locations themselves, so you will piece things together as you go. What to expect: - The first hours go to searching richly drawn rooms, where nearly every item might be useful later. - Puzzles and mini-games break up the searching, so the scenes don't start to feel repetitive. - Interactive zones react to your actions, which sets the game apart from typical static point-and-click backgrounds. - The developers behind Atlantis and Dracula made this one, so the genre experience shows.
