Rust is for players who are tired of cosy sandboxes and want every night to feel like it could be the last. There is no story to follow and no class to pick, just bare hands, stone, cold, and other players who can be allies or the biggest problem you have. The game has been growing for thirteen years, so there is always something new to run into. What to expect: - At first, your time goes to gathering materials, throwing up a rough shelter, and not dying to the first wolf. - It gets more fun with friends: building a base together, sharing loot, and planning a raid on the clan next door. - Transport ranges from horses to helicopters, and just crossing the island can become its own adventure. - You can run your own servers with mods, so the game can feel quite different from one server to the next. SURVIVE There are no rules in Rust but the ones you make for yourself. Craft tools, armour, and weapons to defend yourself. Cooperate with friends, make alliances, and build a settlement together.
