This add-on is for players who already finished Aliens: Colonial Marines and want a bit more cunning in their firefights. There is no new map or story here, but you get a weapon that behaves differently from the usual guns: the dart sticks to a target or a wall, waits a moment, and then detonates. The mood is tense, a bit like those film scenes where something clings to a wall and you know it is about to go off. What you'll like: - For the first hours you will be planting darts in corridors and watching the xenomorphs walk straight into them, instead of just shooting head-on. - It works both solo and in co-op: alone it stretches out each fight, and with a partner it is easy to split who covers which spot and where the charges go. - The weapon changes how you play: instead of a quick burst, you have to think ahead about where to drop the dart, and that difference is easy to feel. - It is a small add-on, so it fits nicely between main missions when you want something new without a long commitment.
