This one suits people who enjoy slowly unpicking a mystery while feeling a little uneasy. It is 1926, an astronomy professor has been found dead in her mansion, and it is clear something unnatural is behind it. The mood is heavy but not loud: more whispers in the corridors than screaming monsters. What to expect: - The first hours go on searching locations and questioning witnesses, piecing together clues until the picture starts to make sense. - You build your own team from 12 investigators, each with a different set of skills, so the makeup of your group really changes how you play. - Combat is turn-based and unhurried, but every fight with cultists or creatures makes you think about who can take the hit. - Your investigators' sanity keeps taking damage, and the injuries carry over into the case, so you have to decide what risks are worth it.
