Description

Andreas Kotsamanidis' OST for Beloved Rapture, inspired by classic JRPGs, made in the 16-bit style.

This soundtrack is for anyone who misses the chiptune-flavored music of 16-bit consoles. The tracks feel warm and nostalgic, and they fit the pixel-art look of the game really well, whether you play it or just put it on in the background. What hooks you: - The tracks are catchy and easy to listen to while working, studying or relaxing, and they don't wear thin quickly. - There are 47 pieces with a total runtime of over two hours, so there's plenty of music to keep you going for a long time. - The sound is built around the limits of old hardware, which makes familiar ideas feel fresh again. - The music holds up on its own, so it's a good pick for fans of retro style even if they haven't played the game. To buy the Beloved Rapture Soundtrack Steam gift, send us your quick invite link from Steam. The bot adds you as a friend and sends the soundtrack as a gift to your account. The base game Beloved Rapture must be on the account for the soundtrack to work. Andreas Kotsamanidis is the lead composer for Beloved Rapture, replicating many of the limitations and nostalgic quirks of the iconic 16-bit sound. This music style is not only highly nostalgic, but also felt most appropriate for the 16-bit visuals. This complete original soundtrack features 47 tracks, spanning well over 2 hours! Yasunori Mitsuda, Nobuo Uematsu, Hiroki Kikuta, Koichi Sugiyama, Koji Kondo, Eveline Novakovic, and David Wise were some of my favorites, and a profound inspiration for BR's soundtrack.
