Chicory: A Colorful Tale (Original Soundtrack)

Description

System requirements

A labor of love written over the span of 2 years, the soundtrack to Chicory: A Colorful Tale is an eclectic range of music from intimate piano, to chamber grooves and electronic bombast.

This soundtrack suits anyone who likes music that tells its own story. It sounds warm and at times a little melancholic without ever pushing too hard, and it works well for background listening, a long walk, or an evening with a book. It is at its best if you already know the game and want to return to its mood. The highlights: - Lena Raine wrote the whole score, and you can hear the time that went into it: some tracks lead with live piano, others suddenly open up into ensembles and electronics. - The instruments are real: recorder, violin, cello and an actual guitar sit alongside synths, so the album doesn't feel repetitive even when you play it straight through. - The Mountain Top stands out, with vocals by Emi Evans that set it apart from the rest of the album. - If you enjoy knowing who played what, the credits go into detail about the home studios and the mastering, which is nice for fans who like the behind-the-scenes side. You receive the soundtrack as a Steam gift: the bot adds you as a friend using your quick invite link and sends the gift to your account. The base game Chicory: A Colorful Tale must be on that account. To buy Chicory: A Colorful Tale (Original Soundtrack) Steam gift, send us your Steam quick invite link.
