Description

System requirements

16 tracks remixed by an all-star cast of legendary Japanese game musicians for your listening pleasure.

This album is for anyone who loves classic Japanese game music and wants to hear familiar melodies in fresh arrangements. The mood is dark and energetic at the same time, fitting the Deathsmiles shmup series. What hooks you: - The tracks sound bolder and fresher than the originals, yet the melodies are recognizable from the first notes. - The styles vary widely, from rock to orchestral pieces, so it stays interesting even on a long drive. - The final boss theme is built on an arrangement of Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor, which is rare for a project like this. - The last two tracks were not part of the soundtrack before, so it's worth a listen even if you already know the album.
