Demonschool is for players who enjoy tactics but don't want to spend hours memorizing rules. It's a light horror story set on a mysterious island, where by day you follow a university schedule and by night you fight creatures from the demon world. The mood is calm and a little uneasy, with characters who have a good sense of humor. What you'll like: - Your first hours will go to planning moves: you can undo any action before the fight starts and try another option without losing time. - Your class schedule shapes character growth, so every school day is a choice that matters. - Among the 15 characters, each has their own personality, and your relationships with them change where the story goes. - Combos and elemental attacks let you hit enemy weaknesses, and battles keep you thinking. Units interact contextually with their environment. Enemies will be struck, objects moved, or the character will simply dash. Plan movements at your leisure, and execute them all at once. You can also rewind actions during the planning phase. Buffing friendlies and debuffing enemies compounds damage output. Note the damage numbers! Combos do big damage and produce unique elemental attacks, which you can use to exploit enemy weaknesses. Explore a mysterious island that reveals its mysteries morning, noon, and night, day by day, week by week, across a university semester.
