Drill Core

Drill Core is for players who enjoy tense night shifts and quick calls made under pressure. You run an offshore drilling platform where every minute counts: you need to hit the quota, keep your crew safe, and stop nocturnal wildlife from wrecking the rig. The mood is grim and industrial, with a dry streak of dark humor about corporate greed. What hooks you: - Your first sessions go to figuring out who goes where and how to split resources, and it hooks you faster than you'd expect. - Nights flip the game: you switch between mining and defense fast, and every decision feels like it carries real weight. - Plans rarely survive a full shift intact, so you stay alert and keep adjusting as things change. - It works for a solo evening, and it's even better with friends for a post-mortem after a disastrous shift.
