A cabal of Crime Lords are forming their own alliance, under the leadership of someone known only as ‘Espectro!’ Can the Evil Genius confront this wannabe Super Agent in time and bring them to their side, or is their destruction assured?!

If you already run a lair in Evil Genius 2 and want a bit more spy intrigue in your plans, this expansion is for you. It is about a new crew, shady deals, and turning a dangerous agent to your side instead of just sending him packing. What to expect: - Espectro joins your roster right away, so you can put him to work in your very first sessions. - New looks for Elai Barracuda, Janet Bomb and Sir Daniel Ernest Hemingzlodey change how your familiar henchmen appear in the Brainwashing Chamber. - New lair equipment gives you a reason to rebuild your base and try out different layouts. - Extra side missions bring fresh situations into ordinary days, so your games do not all feel the same.
