Halftime Heroes is for players who like coming back to the same fight again and again, with a fresh set of cards every run. Expect short bouts against monsters and bosses, with dice rolls deciding what loot you get. You lose a run, but some progress stays with you, so the next attempt feels different. What you'll like: - Your first hours will go on trying out classes: the Warrior and Monk play nothing like the Mage or Rogue. - Luck is more than randomness here: dice and found treasure can be upgraded, and it visibly changes how you fight. - You can experiment with stat and spell combinations and rebuild your character every time. - Four modes unlock right away, so repetitive runs won't wear thin quickly.
