Description

System requirements

Together with Discovery HGTV we want to welcome you on an incredible adventure in Sunset Bay. New jobs also include all new mechanics, with which renovations will be even more satisfying - and all this in an excellent setting known from the HGTV programs!

If you have already finished House Flipper and want something new, this expansion is a good pick. You are back to tearing out walls and fixing up houses, only now the clients are pickier and the jobs come with twists you will not see coming. The mood is relaxed, with a bit of TV-show energy: first you tear everything apart, then you carefully put it back together. What to expect: - The first evenings go to the new houses: each one has its own problems, and it is fun to figure out where to start. - Jobs with story twists: a client changes plans halfway through, and you have to decide whether the budget or their taste matters more. - Before and after views plus choices that come up during jobs, so your decisions visibly change the final result. - Over a hundred new furniture and decor items, plus beach areas for when the usual interiors get old. The expansion needs the base game House Flipper on the account. To buy House Flipper - HGTV DLC (DLC) as a Steam gift, send the bot your Steam quick invite link: it will add you as a friend and send the game as a gift straight to your account. Ever want to step inside the TV and demo, design and renovate homes on HGTV? Now’s your chance! The new downloadable content for House Flipper lets you live out your wildest HGTV imagination just like your favorite shows. Ten brand new projects in a new location let you experience the HGTV magic (without spending a fortune tearing up your own home). These clients are demanding: They’re looking for the best design you can give them, while keeping the budget low and the house up to code. Make sure they are satisfied before you hand over the keys to their brand new home. After you’ve completed your renovations, you’ll get the chance to see how you transformed the homes - just like the before-and-after shots on TV! Check out how big of an impact your design choices made on the newly completed spaces. Grab your hammer and get ready to explore some true fixer-uppers ready for your design eye! Features: - over 400 new items, - 10 new houses, - 10 new jobs with plot-twists, - choice of solutions to problems encountered during jobs, - new before/after view, - new beach area.
