Description

System requirements

The large oasis, precarious cliffs or near the twin waterfalls gives you an abundance of interesting locations to build your desert refuge on this outpost map.

This expansion is for players who already build their base in ICARUS and want a new place for it. It is about calm settling: you pick a plot on a rocky cliff where water runs down the stones, and slowly turn it into your own refuge. The mood is steady and a bit reflective, with no rush. Why grab it: - The first hours go into finding a good spot for your base: the waterfalls and the oasis set the direction, and the high cliffs give you sheltered corners. - The map is small at 1x1 km, so you learn every part of it quickly and don't waste time on long walks. - You can place your base right among the clouds, and the view of the desert landscape below feels very different from the usual locations. - The oasis winds across the whole map, so resources and scenic spots are close together rather than scattered over a huge world. To get the expansion, send the bot your Steam quick invite link. The bot adds you as a friend and sends Icarus: Tecton Outpost (DLC) to your account as a gift, and the game shows up in your library. The Tecton Outpost is a handcrafted 1x1km map in the Desert region of Icarus. - Twin waterfalls cascade down the cliffside in the north across sand and rock, with room to center your base around them - A large oasis winds around the map with geysers and lush shorelines - The map edges are made of towering cliffsides, allowing you to build up amongst the clouds with stunning views of the landscape below ‘Tecton’ will appear in your Outposts screen.
