Description

System requirements

I’m home, Father. Layers of Fear: Inheritance expands the plot from Layers of Fear and tells the story of the painter’s daughter, who comes back to her childhood home to face her past. Lead the daughter through what’s left of the mansion and take part in the madness that her father bestowed upon the whole family.

This expansion is for players who already finished Layers of Fear and still can't leave that grim mansion alone. You play as the painter's daughter, and the rooms you remember sound different when you walk through them through her eyes. The mood is heavy and uneasy, with quiet moments where every detail of the interior feels like it matters. The highlights: - At first, your time goes to exploring a house you already know, only now with a new protagonist and new questions - The story runs alongside the main game, so the old puzzles start fitting into a different picture - The ending depends on how you move through the house, which is a good reason to take a second run - The unsettling, psychedelic atmosphere of the base game is still there, only closer and more personal To buy Layers of Fear: Inheritance (DLC) as a Steam gift, send the bot your Steam quick invite link, and the game will be gifted straight to your account. The base game Layers of Fear needs to be in your library already, or the expansion won't launch. Time takes its toll on everything that surrounds us. It destroys what is physical, crumbling even the sturdiest foundations, and it destroys our minds-our memories-shaping and twisting them into something new. You are never ready to face the past, but the past never lets you go. And so I find myself at the door, the handle disturbingly cold to the touch. I pull it open and enter what was once a place of solitude turned nightmare. I’m home, Father. Layers of Fear: Inheritance expands the plot from Layers of Fear and tells the story of the painter’s daughter, who comes back to her childhood home to face her past. Can she forgive her father, or will she resent all that has happened? Relive her experiences and witness the full scope of the tragedy that has swallowed up the family. Lead the daughter through what’s left of the mansion and take part in the madness that her father bestowed upon the whole family. Face the memories of her past and shape them into the destiny that awaits her. Features: - A completely new narrative experience that expands the story of Layers of Fear - Explore the painter’s house from his daughter’s perspective - Multiple endings based on how you play the game - A return to the terrifying and psychedelic experience that you loved from the base game
