If you like watching a small shop grow into something big, and you'd rather learn by poking at the shelves than reading manuals, Megastore Simulator fits well. You start with a modest budget and one department, then slowly pull the rest of the store along: opening the second floor, hiring staff, and keeping the shelves from going empty. The pace is calm, but catching shortages and unloading trucks on time still keeps you busy.
