Risk of Rain 2: Seekers of the Storm - Soundtrack

Description

System requirements

This is the original soundtrack for Risk of Rain 2’s expansion - Seekers of the Storm.

This soundtrack is for players who already know Risk of Rain 2 and remember how much the music kept them on edge alongside the monsters. The album sounds darker and denser than before, with quiet, emotional moments that work just as well away from the game, while working or on the road. What you'll like: - The first evenings with the album tend to go to finding favorites: some tracks bring back memories of runs, others you will want to loop until they wear thin. - The palette is new here: the seven-string guitar adds body and grit that the series has not had before. - One piece is written as if you were looking at Petrichor V through the eyes of its inhabitants, a angle you would not think of from the game alone. - The tracks come in two formats, MP3 320kbps and FLAC, so you can pick between convenience and maximum quality. Place your order and receive the game as a Steam gift on your account: you send your Steam quick invite link, the bot adds you as a friend and sends the gift. You can buy Risk of Rain 2: Seekers of the Storm - Soundtrack Steam gift here, Global for any Steam account region, and the base game Risk of Rain 2 needs to be on your account. This is the original soundtrack for Risk of Rain 2’s expansion - Seekers of the Storm The album contains 10 tracks delivered in high-quality MP3 (320kbps CBR) & FLAC and is approx. 42min long. A note from composer Chris Christodoulou: With this new entry in the ROR franchise I was given the opportunity to explore musical territories at the fringes of what I've written so far. The album includes some of the most elaborate and heavy music ever written for the games (introducing the 7-string guitar among other things), but also some of the most emotional (including a piece written from the perspective of Petrichor V's inhabitants). I'm deeply thankful for the invaluable contributions by George Karayannis whose guitar mastery is so otherworldly that it's allowed him to directly channel my mind onto his fretboard. I'm also beyond delighted to invite my friend Stavros Markonis into this sonic universe. He has managed the impossible by writing a piece that at the same time fits like a glove but also brings an exciting new sound to the franchise! I hope you all enjoy this new music for which we all have worked harder than ever to deliver.
