The mood is calm but tense, like a chess board where every move has to be worked out in advance. What to expect: - Your first sessions go to learning geographic advantages: some lands boost supply, others make defense easier - Trading with Rome and India unlocks tactics that the base game never had and changes how you build your army - Foreign cities and tribes bring unexpected conflicts, so the same map plays differently each time - War Chronicles mode offers short scenarios based on famous episodes from the novel, handy when you want a quick game and a record to beat You get it as a Steam gift: send your Steam quick invite link, and the game arrives as a gift on your account.
