RTK14: Difficulty [Veteran] & Scenario Settings Set (DLC)

Description

System requirements

The difficulty "Veteran" and Scenario Settings are added to ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV. In addition to the challenging Veteran difficulty (more difficult than Hard), players can enjoy various scenario settings within the game such as the "amount of Tactics Damage" and "whether Duels occur".

This pack is for players who find ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV a little too forgiving and want to shape their campaigns. You get the Veteran difficulty, which is clearly tougher than Hard, plus a set of scenario switches that change how battles play out, from tactic damage to whether generals can duel at all. If you like replaying the same scenarios in different ways, this gives you a good reason to dig back in. The highlights: - Veteran punishes sloppy supply lines and weak flanks much faster than before. - You can turn off duels or encirclement when you want fewer random swings and more pure map strategy. - Wounded soldiers and officers, unit recovery and the influence of neighboring regions are all adjustable to match your playstyle. - The settings apply to any scenario, so the same setup works for newcomers and for veterans who know every trick. This is a DLC, so the base game ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV must be on the account.
