This pack is for players who already know ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV and want to see its chaos from a new angle. The empire is coming apart here: the emperor flees Chang'an, warlords fight over the scraps, and Cao Cao tries to rise by serving the man everyone else treats as a puppet. The mood is tense and a little conspiratorial, because every alliance hides something. What hooks you: - At first, your time goes to figuring out who is really pulling the strings and who is just waiting for a chance to strike from behind. - The scenario builds on a map you already know but shifts the priorities: keep the emperor alive first, worry about everything else later. - Event chains like Lu Bu's betrayal are built so that a choice made early can come back to bite you ten turns later. - It's a single-player experience with no waiting on opponents, so you set the pace. You can buy RTK14: Scenario [The Rise of Cao Cao] & Event Set (DLC) here as a Steam gift for any region: after payment, send us your Steam quick invite link and we deliver the DLC as a gift to your account.
