Description

System requirements

Explore a haunting, punishing island in this stylized 2D action RPG. Salt and Sanctuary combines fast and brutal 2D combat with richly developed RPG mechanics in a cursed realm of forgotten cities, blood-soaked dungeons, and desecrated monuments.

If you enjoy tough 2D action games where every death teaches you something, this one is worth your time. The mood is grim but never oppressive: a salt-stained island, crumbling ruins, and plenty of strange places that pull you forward. What to expect: - The first hours are about carefully working your way across the island, learning to dodge, and reading when enemies leave an opening. - Build matters here: weapons, armor, and spells change how the game plays, so experimenting stays fun. - Compared to typical action RPGs, the combat feels heavier and mistakes cost you, which makes every fight feel earned. - There are a lot of items to find and craft, and exploring keeps paying off with something new to try. You can buy the Salt and Sanctuary Steam gift here: after payment, send us your Steam quick invite link, and we will add you as a friend and send the game as a gift to your account. Works with any Steam account region. A doomed sailor is shipwrecked on an uncharted island. In fog-shrouded valleys, where grinning, mossy corpses cling to rusted arms, shambling figures begin to stir. Beneath crumbling, salt-worn structures, labyrinthine passageways lead to unspeakable evil, long forgotten by man. Salt and Sanctuary seamlessly combines fast, brutal, and complex 2D combat with richly developed RPG mechanics. Discover, craft, and upgrade over 600 weapons, armor pieces, spells, and items as you explore a cursed realm of forgotten cities, blood-soaked dungeons, desecrated monuments, and the fallen lords they once celebrated. From Ska Studios, the award-winning indie studio behind a long list of stylistic, visceral, and brutally executed action titles that includes The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile, The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai, and Charlie Murder, comes Salt and Sanctuary, the studio’s most ambitious title to date.
