Sniper Ghost Warrior 2: Siberian Strike (DLC)

Description

System requirements

Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 Siberian Strike is set in an isolated Siberian location and will offer a more open world experience for solving missions. Players will not be guided and the only way to find their way through the new location is by using the map.

This expansion is for players who already finished the base game and want more sniper work without the usual corridors. You get an isolated Siberian town and open terrain where the map becomes your main tool instead of an on-screen hint. The mood is tense and bleak: an agent has gone silent, his GPS signal is fading, and you have to figure out what's happening at a secret military site. What to expect: - the first hours go to finding your way through unfamiliar ground, since without arrows or markers you read the map and pick your own route - missions give you more freedom in how you approach them, whether you sneak in from a distance or go in head first - the expansion adds a new location and a new storyline to the familiar sniper gameplay, not just a couple of extra levels - you play as veteran special forces sniper Cole "Sandman" Anderson, and the job is to find the missing agent and bring back whatever he gathered The expansion requires the base game Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 on your account. Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 Siberian Strike is set in an isolated Siberian location and will offer a more open world experience for solving missions. Players will not be guided and the only way to find their way through the new location is by using the map. In the remote abandoned Siberian city of Birsovik, the Russian government established a top secret military installation focused on arms R&D. American intelligence gets word that the facility shifted its focus recently to weapons of mass destruction. A CIA operative, M. Diaz is sent in undercover, posing as lab personnel, to uncover the truth. When he stops sending in reports, a search mission is quickly put together. The player steps in the shoes of Cole “Sandman” Anderson, a veteran special ops sniper, now in the ranks of Task 121 - a group put together to counter any WMD-hungry warlord’s whim in the Asia - Pacific region. Anderson is ordered to locate Diaz’s GPS signal and assess the situation on the ground, then extract any intelligence he may have found.
