Space Pirate Trainer is the official trainer for wannabe space pirates in VR. Pick up your blasters, put on your sneakers, and dance your way into the Space Pirate Trainer hall of fame.

If you own a VR headset and want to feel like a space pirate in a cramped arcade cabinet, this one is for you. There are no long story cutscenes here: you step in and start fending off droids coming at you from every side. The mood is upbeat and a little nostalgic, like the old machines in a mall arcade. The highlights: - The first evening goes into getting used to the weapons: blasters, shields and gadgets are handled with your hands instead of button presses on a gamepad. - Droids arrive in waves, and after a couple of hours you start to find the rhythm: when to dodge, when to block and when to just shoot. - The movement feels physical, so even simple actions are fun to repeat over and over while chasing a new high score. - You can spend time climbing the leaderboard, and the process itself is more satisfying than just racking up points. After payment, the buyer sends us their Steam quick invite link, we add them as a friend and send the game as a gift to their account. This is a way to buy Space Pirate Trainer on Steam as a Steam gift with a Global key, no region tricks needed. Remember those awesome classic arcade cabinets? Imagine if those were immersive... Space Pirate Trainer puts you in one of those; fighting off relentless waves of droids with all the weapons and gadgets you would ever need as a space pirate. You better dodge some of those incoming lasers though, since just using your shields won't get you in the top rankings. Pick up your blasters, put on your sneakers, and dance your way into the Space Pirate Trainer hall of fame. Space Pirate Trainer is the official trainer for wannabe space pirates in VR. Launched as one of the first titles for SteamVR/HTC Vive, Oculus Touch and Windows Mixed Reality, Space Pirate Trainer has been under continuous development on a mission to refine its gameplay and improve the overall experience. It has been widely used as one of the go-to demos for VR. No real droids where harmed during the creation of this game. Use your straps and stay in your VR area to make sure no humans will be harmed.
