Train Sim World® 5: Berninalinie: Tirano - Ospizio Bernina Route Add-On (DLC)

This add-on is for people who enjoy slow, careful mountain driving. There is no rush here: the train crawls up the slopes while Alpine views open up around you, and you quickly get used to the pace. The mood is calm, with plenty of good scenery to take in. The highlights: - Your first hours go to the climb itself: you need to handle the train carefully on steep gradients and keep your rhythm through the switchbacks. - The line crosses from Switzerland into Italy, which changes the scenery and the pace noticeably. - The route is mainly a single-player experience, and that is its strength: you can look around without distractions. - The ABe 8/12 'Allegra' trains feel different from the usual models, so you will need to relearn how to drive them. To buy Train Sim World® 5: Berninalinie: Tirano - Ospizio Bernina Route Add-On (DLC) as a Steam gift, send your Steam quick invite link and the bot will add you as a friend and send the game as a gift to your account. TSW Compatible content released for a previous Train Sim World® - features may remain unchanged from the original release and may not make use of all newer core features. Adventure to the Alps and traverse narrow-gauge territory, drive famed RhB services as you climb, descend and weave your way through the cross-border peaks of Switzerland, and for the first time, Italy. You are invited into the stunning Alpine landscape of Europe, with Rivet Games’ Berninalinie for Train Sim World®! Stretching across the top of the Swiss Bernina Pass at Ospizio Bernina, over 2km above sea level, and making a daring path along the sides of mountains to the town of Tirano, marking Italy’s debut in Train Sim World, the Berninalinie ranks among the highest railways in Europe, and the World’s steepest, bearing down or steadily climbing 7% (1:14) gradients. Packed with detail, the picturesque Swiss Alps tower over this metre-gauge spectacle, from the hairpin turns and tunnels of Alp Grüm, to the unmistakable Brusio Spiral Viaduct. The slower pace of valley running gives one a chance to take in the views, either as a driver or fully relaxing as a passenger. Take on the role of an RhB driver for the Berninalinie, at the helm of the modern and stylish ABe 8/12 Allegra EMU. Operate passenger services with this 3-car unit, but with the additional ability to not only haul additional passenger coaches behind it, but also offering the unique opportunity for EMU-hauled freight! Capable of handling anything, the Allegra holds its own on the steepest of gradients, but you still must learn the art of safely stopping while perched atop peaks. Whether you’re rolling through the streets of Italy, or dancing up the faces of mountains, an incredible experience awaits with Rivet Games’ Berninalinie: Tirano - Ospizio Bernina in Train Sim World®!
