Train Sim World® 5: Harlem Line: Grand Central Terminal - North White Plains Route Add-On (DLC)

This add-on is for anyone who has always wanted to sit in the cab of a commuter train and run it on a real New York route. There are no spaceships or races here, just a dense city rhythm: trains leave Grand Central, run along Park Avenue and head north toward the Bronx river. The mood is calm and working, with a love for detail. What to expect: - At first, your time goes to getting used to the two Metro-North electrics, the classic M3A and the modern M7A, and how differently they accelerate and brake. - The route is long and varied, from local stops to express runs and empty trains heading back to the yard. - It suits people who like planning runs to a timetable and keeping an eye on the next station. - The add-on runs on top of Train Sim World® 5, so you only need the base game on your account. You can get it as a Steam gift: the game arrives on your account through a quick invite link. TSW Compatible content released for a previous Train Sim World® - features may remain unchanged from the original release and may not make use of all newer core features. Experience a bustling corridor in the heart of Manhattan! Operate modern and classic equipment as you ferry commuters in and out of the iconic Grand Central Terminal; hurry them across the tightly packed Park Avenue, over the Harlem River, and out to the New York suburbs with Train Sim World®: Harlem Line. Built by the New York and Harlem Railroad, and long part of the famed New York Central, the Harlem Line offers thorough appeal and non-stop bustling action in and out of “The Big Apple”. From Grand Central Terminal, the Harlem Line emerges and rides above Park Avenue, before arriving at Harlem 125th Street. On the north side of the Park Avenue Bridge, the line starts to branch out, with the Harlem Line extending onward through Woodlawn, and along the Bronx River to North White Plains, where a yard resides as many trains originate and terminate there. It’s your job to take control of the many passenger services on this bustling route. Step on board a duo of Metro-North equipment, the classic M3A and modern M7A EMUs, and get to work operating trains out of the iconic Grand Central Terminal. Take charge of a multitude of service types, from local and express trains to “deadhead” empty trains and yard movements, including loop out turns, and additionally operate game-day trains to Yankees-East 153rd Street. Choose how you want to play; operate trains, ride around as a passenger, complete the route tasks, or simply pick a vantage point and watch the action unfold.
