Train Sim World® 6: Edinburgh - Glasgow: Engineering Express Pack (DLC)

This add-on is for players who already run Train Sim World® 6 and want something down to earth but with character. There's no racing here, just work: hauling ballast, shuffling Class 385 units around and sorting out problems on the line while the Scottish weather does its thing outside. What to expect: - Your first hours go to heavy ballast trains, where you have to handle the load carefully and avoid holding up traffic. - Class 66 locomotives nicknamed "Shed" come in two new liveries, including a blue one that looks great against the green hills. - You'll move spare Class 385 units along the route and rescue them when they break down, so you plan as you go. - The Edinburgh to Glasgow line is busy, and with electrification the commuter runs are frequent, so there's always traffic. The purchase works as a Steam gift: you send your quick invite link, the bot adds you as a friend and sends the game to your account as a gift. Region: Global, any Steam account region. TSW Compatible content released for a previous Train Sim World® - features may remain unchanged from the original release and may not make use of all newer core features. It’s not all smooth sailing out on the mainline. Explore more gameplay and unique operations on Rivet Games’ ScotRail Express route, with newly liveried Class 66s joining ranks alongside the Class 385. From engineering movements to daring drags, expand your Edinburgh - Glasgow experience in Train Sim World®. The commuter lines between Scotland’s two primary cities are bustling and frequent, and with the introduction of electrification and all new EMUs, rapid and efficient. As important as the operation of trains is the upkeep of the line, track must be kept in good condition and backup options needed should anything untoward occur. Embark on the task of shifting hefty ballast trains along the Edinburgh - Glasgow line, without causing delays, in preparation for day-to-day engineering works, and face typical Scottish weather as you drag Class 385s on delivery and rescue runs. A sample of ‘sheds’ form the traction for these unique duties, resplendent in 2 brand new liveries! Encompassed in sleek blue, the Class 66 arrives in Direct Rail Services livery, and although not to be ONE-upped, it is accompanied by the pleasing magenta tones of Ocean Network Express livery. With Train Sim World® Free Roam, take the DRS and ONE Class 66s to other parts of the British Rail network, and haul a selection of stock from other routes in your collection.
