Description

System requirements

WARNO - SOUTHAG takes the action to southern West Germany, as NATO’s reconstituted SOUTHAG counter-attacks against Warsaw Pact forces. Play 2 massive new Army General campaigns and 4 Operations as you command 10 new Divisions and units, including new nations Canada, Spain, and Czechoslovakia.

This expansion is for players who already know WARNO and want to get back into the fight, now on a different stretch of the front. Southern West Germany, the Alpine foothills and the Czechoslovak border see fighting just as fierce as in the north, and a single village can decide how your defense holds. The mood is tense and grounded, in the spirit of the Cold War, with no gloss. What to expect: - Two new campaigns and four operations give you plenty of hours on mechanics you already know. - New Canadian, Spanish and Czechoslovak divisions shake up your usual tactics, so old combinations won't always work. - New voice work and fresh unit models make it feel like more than a repackaged version of the base game. - You can play it solo against a sharp AI or work through the scenarios at your own pace. You can buy WARNO - SOUTHAG (DLC) as a Steam gift right here: send your quick invite link, the bot adds you as a friend and sends the game as a gift to your account. The base WARNO needs to be on that account. WARNO - SOUTHAG showcases the fighting in southern West Germany near the Alps and on the Czechoslovakian frontier, where the battles are as ferocious as combat further north. Warsaw Pact does battle against a reconstituted and counter-attacking NATO SOUTHAG command, led by France, with American, West German, Canadian, and reinforcing Spanish troops. Opposing are the southern-based Soviet Central Group of Forces, bolstered by the communist Czechoslovakians. WARNO - SOUTHAG features: - 2 new Army General campaigns. - 4 new Operations. - 10 new Divisions, including new nations Canada, Spain and Czechoslovakia. - New voice acting. - New units and models.
