Twentynine Palms Airport is the first project of our scenery development company 29Palms Scenery Design and JaraNet. We’ve set a whole new level of detail and realism with this scenery, based on many references from the real airport.

This add-on is for pilots who like flying over real places and want to see a familiar airport in full detail. The mood is quiet and wide open: sand, scattered buildings, and a lot of space, and at night the runway and taxiway lights look especially atmospheric. The highlights: - At first, your time goes to simply exploring the grounds: hangars, aprons, and access roads look like their satellite photos, and it's hard to stop. - The scenery covers more than 250 km², so you can pick any hub and fly for an hour without the view turning repetitive. - There's plenty of detail around the runway: cars move along the roads and aircraft sit on the aprons, so the airport feels alive. - Hand-placed vegetation and hand-tuned lighting make desert sunsets and nights look noticeably better than standard sceneries.
