X-Plane 11 - Add-on: Skyline Simulations - LXGB - Gibraltar Airport (DLC)

Description

System requirements

Gibraltar Int Airport ( ICAO:LXGB, IATA: GIB) is civilian airport and serves the British overseas territory.

This add-on is for pilots who enjoy tight approaches to a runway at the foot of a giant rock, where the wind off the cliffs can push you around right on final. The mood is busy and a little tense, especially in winter when the crosswinds get nasty. What you'll like: - Your first hours will go to a short runway with a turn near the Rock: without a steady approach and good flap work you will be going around more than you expect. - The airport has a life of its own: cars cross the runway during takeoffs and landings, and marshallers keep moving on the apron, so you need to keep an eye on several things at once. - The Rock of Gibraltar is modelled by hand with its own night lighting and key buildings, and it really shows on an evening arrival. - There are plenty of small details, including thousands of custom static objects and a high-resolution orthophoto of the airport, so it feels like one place rather than a set of templates. The purchase is delivered as a Steam gift: you send us your Steam quick invite link, we add you as a friend and send the game as a gift to your account. The base game X-Plane 11 needs to be on the account. Buy X-Plane 11 - Add-on: Skyline Simulations - LXGB - Gibraltar Airport (DLC) as a Steam gift here, any account region works.
