X-Plane 11 - Add-on: Verticalsim - KSRQ - Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport XP (DLC)

Description

System requirements

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is located within three jurisdictions: Sarasota County, the city limits of Sarasota, and Manatee County. Owned by the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority, it is 3 miles (4.8 km) north of downtown Sarasota and 6 miles (9.7 km) south of Bradenton.

This airfield suits anyone who likes to take off and land at the same place again and again until they know every taxiway by heart. KSRQ is built with care and doesn't feel like an empty mockup: the trees aren't placed from a template but where they belong, and the grass is matched to the real orthophoto. What hooks you: - Early flights here quickly turn into learning the taxi layout, and Taxirouting for WT3 and TG keeps you from getting lost between the terminals. - SAM jetways and PBR on buildings and surfaces make the apron feel alive, especially in daylight. - It works out of the box with VStates FL and ORBX True Earth FL, so there is nothing to reconfigure. - For anyone flying around Florida, it is a handy base for short routes along the coast. This is a Steam gift: we add you as a friend using your Quick Invite link and send the add-on as a gift to your account, provided you already own X-Plane 11. Welcome to Sarsota, Florida! The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017-2021 called it a “small hub” airport since it enplanes 0.05 percent to 0.25 percent of total U.S. passenger enplanements. - Custom trees hand-placed (about 500+ around the airport) - Out-of-the-box compatibility with VStates FL & ORBX True Earth FL - SAM jetways - PBR on buildings and ground textures - 3D grass (matched color to ortho) - AI Taxirouting for WT3 and TG
