X-Plane 12 Add-on: Aerosoft - Society Islands XP - Bora Bora & Leeward Islands (DLC)

Description

System requirements

Welcome to Bora Bora and the Leeward Islands, the western part of the Society Islands in the South Pacific. Arrive with your regional airliners or business jets (up to ATR 72 and Bombardier Global Express) at Bora Bora Airport, and start island hopping with your smaller aircrafts and helicopters.

This add-on is for people who like to drift low over the water and hunt for tiny airstrips on the map. The mood here is warm sea, green coastlines right up to the shore, and the feeling that you pick where to land next. What to expect: - Early on, your time goes to getting to know Bora Bora and the nearby atolls: you can circle the lagoon and watch the water change color. - Hops between islands are short, so it's easy to split an evening into several small flights by helicopter or light aircraft. - Unlike most regional add-ons, a lot of care went into the details: buildings, vegetation and night lighting look more alive than a standard scene. - Airports come in different sizes, from the main field on Bora Bora to small strips where you'll need to pay closer attention on approach.
