The Shape of Things

This is a calm puzzle game for evenings when you want to think without feeling stressed. There are no timers or penalties, so you can play at your own pace, whether that is half an hour or one long session with tea nearby. Why grab it: - For the first few hours you will be turning pieces of a cube until a familiar object slowly appears out of the chaos, and that stays satisfying every time. - Everything works with one hand: a click selects a piece, and dragging the mouse rotates or scales it, so your other hand is free for a mug. - The worlds are locked inside gacha capsules, and coins earned from solved puzzles unlock the next ones, so progress feels tangible. - It is also good for co-op hangouts: you can chat or stream while someone else works out the next shape. You get a Steam activation key for the Global region: after payment it appears right on your order page, and you just activate it in the Steam client. You can buy the key for The Shape of Things right here. The Shape of Things takes Rubik’s cube’s basic concept but focuses on real-life objects with a more soothing vibe. Game Mechanics Puzzles appear in various combinations; you need to find the correct position for each piece by rotating, panning, or scaling until you find the shape of things. Game Controls - Click on each piece of the puzzle to select it individually - Click outside the shapes to select the whole puzzle and change the point of view - Hold Left click and move the mouse to Left or Right to Rotate, Pan, or Scale depending on the action of the shape. Just like in real life, mystery worlds are trapped in gachapon waiting for their release, by solving puzzles you obtain in-game coins which can be spent on the gacha machine to release your next world.
